The deal and the chat, on one page.
A board for every pipeline, deals that flag themselves when they stall, and a deal page where WhatsApp messages, calls, notes and quotes land on their own. A copilot reads the chat and suggests the update, with the customer’s words as evidence.

Running customer conversations for WhatsApp-first businesses
A chat comes in. The deal builds itself.
Watch an enquiry from an ad become a scored lead, a routed deal and a timeline, with the copilot picking up the budget from the customer’s own words.

Move a deal. The board checks it.
Drag a card, or pick one and choose where it goes. If the next stage needs fields the deal doesn’t have yet, you’re asked for them first. Lost deals need a reason.
Leads, scored and routed before anyone asks.
Everything about the deal, without copying a thing.
Open a deal and the whole story is already there, from the first WhatsApp message to the deposit.

It reads the chat. You decide what changes.
Beside every deal, the copilot sums it up, flags what could go wrong and drafts a reply. When the customer mentions a budget or a date, it suggests the update and shows you the message it came from.
- Risks such as gone quiet, stuck, a passed close date or no next step
- Replies in a friendly, formal or brief tone, copied into the chat
- Nothing is changed until someone clicks Apply, and each apply is on the timeline
- Ask it anything about this customer
Dr. Wanjiku wants fibre plus a backup link so patient records stay online. Budget seems fine; she is comparing us with one other provider and wants the router included.
Hi Dr. Wanjiku! Here’s the revised quote with the managed router included. Happy to walk you through it whenever suits you.

Each rep’s Today page lines up the customers waiting for a reply, tasks due or overdue, deals that have stalled and leads gone quiet, with fresh leads and deals closing this week beside it.
Your stages, your rules.
Pipeline questions.
What sales teams ask before they move their deals out of spreadsheets.
Ask ACT, running on this site, or bring your current pipeline to a 20-minute Workflow Review.
No. WhatsApp messages from the linked conversation, finished calls, notes, stage changes, tasks, appointments and quote activity all appear on the deal’s timeline by themselves.
Yes. Each pipeline has its own stages, and each stage has its own win likelihood, the number of days before a deal counts as stuck, and the fields a deal needs before it can enter.
It writes a short brief of the deal, flags risks such as a deal gone quiet or a close date that has passed, drafts a reply in the tone you choose, and suggests field updates it found in the chat. Each update shows the message it came from, and nothing changes until someone clicks Apply.
You pick a reason and can add a note. Loss reasons feed the loss summary on the board and the “Why deals are lost” report in Insights.
If you want. In Setup you choose whether agents see all deals, their team’s or only their own, and set the same for managers.
Put every deal next to its chat.
Tell us your stages and how your team sells. We’ll set up the pipeline, the fields each stage needs and who sees what.
